At SVN | Hintze Commercial Real Estate our scope of business includes sales, leasing, and property management in office, industrial, multi-family, senior-housing, retail, and investment properties across major Wisconsin markets. Our experienced team is comprised of best-in class staff, management and Senior Advisors-who know how to lead and support our Junior Advisors.
We at SVN | Hintze Commercial Real Estate are looking to enhance our team with commercial real estate Brokers/Salespersons who are tenacious self-starters, self-motivated to succeed, and able to build and maintain relationships. Qualified candidates will show a history of maintaining and developing a book of business while also developing new business through researching, cold calling, networking and working deals through to successful closing. Our Brokers/Salespersons are not expected to be an overnight success and will receive continual support and guidance from a local Managing Partner or Senior Advisor. This position requires a strong sales acumen, high capacity for consistent activity and an entrepreneurial spirit.

SVN | Hintze Commercial Real Estate will hire only those applicants who, in our opinion, have the ability to earn a six-figure income by the end of their second year at our firm. Therefore, during the application process we will extensively review each applicant’s ability to demonstrate the following:
- 3 to 5 years of commercial real estate experience
- Active Wisconsin real estate Broker or real estate Salesperson license
- Perseverance to overcome a variety of challenges
- Ability to influence and persuade others
- Reputation of integrity coupled with an intense desire to succeed
- A highly professional attitude and presentation
- Strong verbal communication skills
- This is a commission-only position. SVN Advisors are positioned to earn a six-figure income in their second year with us, and many go on to earn seven-figure incomes in their careers.
